Successful applicants will be required to accept the offer and complete payment by 17 April 2026.

Fees

Local Student $218 Students currently enrolled in a local university or polytechnic under the purview of the Ministry of Education (MOE).
Singapore Government Agencies $436 Staff currently employed by Singapore Ministries, Statutory Boards, or Organs of State.
Others $763 Participants who do not fall under the Local Student or Singapore Government Agencies categories.

Note:
1) Accommodation, if required, must be self-arranged by participants. The fees stated above do not cover accommodation.
2) The registration fee covers the full 5-day programme, including lunches, tea breaks, the social event and the banquet dinner.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1) When and where will the Fuzzing and Software Security Summer School 2026 take place?

The Summer School will be hosted by the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore. The school will take place from 25 to 29 May 2026.

2) Who is eligible to participate in the Summer School?

The Summer School is open to students, postdoctoral researchers, faculty members and industry practitioners with an interest in software security and fuzz testing. Applications are welcome from both local and international participants. Prior background in software security or software testing will be beneficial.

3) What is the focus of the Summer School?

The Summer School focuses on software testing (fuzzing) and software security. The programme features instruction by five international experts from academia and industry and includes hands-on exercises to expose participants to the latest trends, techniques and tools.

4) Can industry professionals attend the Summer School?

Yes. The Summer School is open to both students and industry professionals.

5) How can I register for the Fuzzing and Software Security Summer School?

The registration portal is expected to open in late January 2026. For technical issues related to registration, please contact fuzzing@nus.edu.sg.

6) What are the registration fees for the Summer School?

Please refer to the fees table above for the applicable rates. Discounted fees are available for local (Singapore) students and participants from Singapore Government Agencies.

7) Is accommodation provided as part of the registration fee?

Accommodation is not provided. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. While the organisers will not arrange accommodation, general information may be shared for reference.
